Ingredients

  • 0160ml Patron Reposado
  • 0220ml honey syrup (2:1 ratio)
  • 0345ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 04Smoked salt for rim
  • 05Grapefruit half-wheel for garnish

Method

    Rim a rocks glass with smoked salt — run a grapefruit wedge around the edge, then dip into the salt.

    Combine Patron Reposado, honey syrup, and fresh grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice.

    Shake firmly for 10 seconds — you want it cold but not over-diluted.

    Strain over a large ice cube in the prepared rocks glass.

    Garnish with a grapefruit half-wheel and serve at golden hour.
