The best cocktails aren't engineered — they're discovered.

Some of the best cocktails in the world were born on napkins. Scrawled in the heat of service, between orders, in the margin of a busy night. This one is no different.

The Napkin Sour strips everything back to three core ingredients — Patron Silver, fresh lemon, and brown sugar. No fancy syrups, no obscure bitters, no elaborate garnish. Just balance, technique, and quality spirit.

The brown sugar brings a warmth that white sugar can't — a molasses undertone that plays beautifully against the bright citrus and the clean, smooth agave character of Patron Silver.

It's the kind of drink you make when you want to remind yourself why you fell in love with bartending in the first place. When the craft is in the pour, not the presentation.
